**Shipping Policy** All Shipping is Free! Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Expect lead times to vary depending on material availability and order volume. We will only ship to United States and APO addresses. We will not ship to countries outside of the United States unless it is an APO address.

 **Return/Warranty Policy** At Bow Lab Innovations, we guarantee our work against manufacturing defects that may render strings and/or cables unsafe or unable to perform their primary function. We are dedicated to making it right! Primary function is defined as having strings and/or cables properly installed on the correct bow, using individual bow manufacturer-recommended arrow spine weight for your specific bow at specified draw length/weight. Replacement of strings and/or cables will be at the sole discretion of Bow Lab Innovations and assessed on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that strings or cables are defective, we will replace them at no cost. Please note, this warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. Damage from installation, improper handling, improper use, or general wear will be replaced at the purchaser's expense. To be eligible for replacement, strings must be inspected by the purchaser within 10 days of receipt. All string sales are final.
